Welcome to Hay Park School. We are a state funded co-educational contributing school situated in the suburb of Mt Roskill, in Auckland, New Zealand. There are about 200 students in our school representing about twenty different nationalities.

All the national curriculum areas are taught at Hay Park, but there is a special focus on literacy and numeracy. We have large numbers of students from non-English speaking backgrounds and the school’s cultural festival is one of the highlights of the year.

Our school motto is ‘He paewae ki te ao marama – a stepping stone on the journey of learning’.
